Dal (Lentils)

Ingredients
1/2 cup toor dal
3 chillies
1/2 tomato
2cm ginger
2-3 curry leaves
1 tsp jeera
1 clove garlic
Instructions
Take dal, wash and add chillies, tomato and ginger chopped and cook
Take a dry vessel, heat 2 tsp oil, fry jeera, garlic and curry leaves
When jeera stops sizzling add cooked dal, add salt and turmeric, water to adjust thickness and boil
