Methi Aloo (Fenugreek Potato)

Ingredients
1 Potato
1 Onion
Methi (fenugreek) leaves
2 tbsp oil
Turmeric
Salt, Sugar
Instructions
Cut potato into small cubes
Heat oil, sautee onion for a minute
Add potato pieces and methi and cook on low flame
When cooked add salt, sugar and turmeric
