Moong dry subzi

Ingredients
1 cup moong
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp turmeric
7-8 raw cashews (optional)
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2-3 curry leaves
2 cm garlic
1 cup coconut
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Instructions
Soak moong in water for 12 hours
Drain water, close vessel, keep in warm place for 7-8 hours
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic
When garlic turns brown add moong and water. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
Add remaining ingredients except cocounut and cumin seeds and let cook for another 5-8 minutes until moong is tender
Coarse grind coconut with cumin seeds and add to moong
Mix well on flame until dry
